Visitors at Horsemanship

Wednesday we had some visitors! Natasha, Kristyn and Anne brought their horses (“Hi Lucky, Patriot and Spot!!” from me, Biscuit!
) to Fish Bowl to do some demo riding for our Horsemanship Club kids. The girls are all members of Olympus Pony Club. They warmed up in the big riding field while the Farm horses watched (they looked great out there in the sunshine!), and then came into the arena and introduced themselves to the HC kids. Kristyn started the riding demonstration by doing her musical freestyle! Patriot looked like he really enjoyed performing a dressage ride to music, and Kristyn’s choice of music matched his gaits beautifully! The kids clapped, they were so awed and impressed! Then Spot and Lucky entered the ring, the kids helped Emily set up a few jumps, and the girls and their pretty paints did some very nice jumping! The girls kindly took questions from the kids, and it was a really fun day. Annie video’d it for all to enjoy; thanks!
