Facility

Our facility is unmatched locally for diverse riding environments. Every care is given to resident and visiting horses for a safe, happy experience. Trailer in for a ride or lesson, or board at the farm. Please call or email for an appointment.

• All weather, 20×60 meter arena with lights
• Large groomed grass jump and riding field
• 1.5 miles of park-like wooded trails
• Perimeter fenced with a gated driveway for safety and security.

Our circular driveway and ample parking make trailering in “reverse-free!”

Trailer in for a schooling ride, a lesson with Emily or your approved instructor.  We offer clinics with well known dressage and jumping professionals.  Owners-managers live on site for consistent safekeeping of the horses. Ride in the arena, jump field, or on our trails… come over for some fun!  $10/horse haul in fee. Outside instructor fee $10/horse.  By appointment please: (206) 463-5473.

Full service board with lessons $605/month

• 30×40′ paddocks with 12×12′ matted sheds, cleaned daily



• pasture turn out
• weekly lesson with Emily or your instructor
• deworming
• feed 2x/day timothy hay and choice of concentrates
• owners’ supplements fed at no charge
• farrier appointments made and horse held for Jim Bergevin’s service
